Hi, I’m Jaime, the heart behind Seven Spirits Wellness.

I created Seven Spirits because I believe in the restorative power of my offerings. I know what they’ve done for me, and I feel blessed to share this knowledge with others. I lead clients through customized sound journeys, vibrational meditations, craniosacral balancing, and wellness coaching to help them experience the bliss of total system alignment.

When body, mind, and spirit receive the care and attention they deserve, true growth and core healing can begin. My intention is to create a space for rest, reconnection. and transformation. Above all, my goal is to guide you toward a deeper relationship with yourself, with creation, and with the Creator.
